How long will take to receive my order?
In the order information and in the information email after purchasing your order, you will be able to see all the information regarding the estimated delivery time. For products in stock, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 20 business days after purchase. If you included a product in preorder along with your products, the entire order will be sent together and will have an estimated delivery time of 1-3 months.

Can I leave you a request or comment with my order?
Of course! When placing your order, you can attach a note to leave me your request or just comments :)
When will you ship my order?
In the order information and in the information email after purchasing your order, you will be able to see all the information regarding the estimated delivery time. I try to ship orders every 3-5 days. For pre-orders, the preparation time can be 1-2 months.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is on its way! You may have received the confirmation email in your spam flag, be sure to check it as the estimated shipping date approaches.
Does my package have a tracking number?
Yes, all packages have tracking number. You can follow the status of your order on the tracking link that will be sent to you after your order has been shipped with the tracking information for it.
What is a preorder?
A preorder means to send things under order to the manufacturer, that is to say, once the order has been made it is when it is sent to production, this type of order usually takes a little longer than orders that are in stock! Products under preorder will have an estimated delivery time of 1-3 months.
I need to change my shipping address.
Please make sure to notify me of any address changes before I ship your order. If the order is a preorder and you are not sure of your address, you can let me know by leaving a note with the order and I will notify you before shipping your order to make sure the address is correct or in any case, correct it.
I didn't receive my order.
You can follow the status of your order on the tracking link that will be sent to you after your order has been shipped with the tracking information for it.
It is recommended to be on the lookout after shipping, since in most cases of packages that have not arrived, these have already been attempted to be delivered, but as there is no one at home, they are at your nearest post office waiting to be collected. If they are not collected in a few days, they will be sent back!
In any other case, after having checked these options, or in the case that your order is already back to my house, you can contact with me with the contact form or send me an email and we will find a solution! If It has been lost, I will send you it other time ^^
